Acceptance of these terms

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the www.drawing.pics website ("Website") and the DrawingPics Mac application ("App", together with the Website, the "Service"), operated by the DrawingPics Team ("DrawingPics", "us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to everyone who accesses or uses the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the Service.

License

A DrawingPics license grants you a personal, non-transferable right to install and use the App on Mac computers that you own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or the license key.

Purchase

The Mac version of DrawingPics is a one-time purchase, with a lifetime update guarantee for the version line you purchased.

Refunds

A free trial is provided so you can evaluate the App before purchasing. Refund requests are considered by DrawingPics on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion. To request a refund or report an issue, email team@drawing.pics.

Your content

You retain all rights to the sketches you draw and the images the App generates from them. The App runs entirely on your Mac, and DrawingPics never receives, stores, or processes your drawings or generated images. Commercial use of generated images depends on the license of the underlying AI model — please review the model's license terms when applicable.

Prohibited use

You agree not to use DrawingPics for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violating copyright laws or producing content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction. Because the App runs locally on your device, you are solely responsible for the content you create with it.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DrawingPics does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Privacy

For information about how we handle data, please see our Privacy Policy. The short version: the App is fully offline and does not collect your data.
