DrawingPics is a fully offline Mac application. Your sketches, generated images, prompts, and in-app activity never leave your computer. We don't run servers that receive any of it, we don't have analytics or telemetry inside the app, and we don't sell or share data — because there is nothing for us to share.
DrawingPics runs entirely on your local Mac, accelerated by Apple Core ML on the Apple Neural Engine. The AI model is downloaded once from our content delivery network when you first set up the app. After that initial download, the app does not need to communicate with our servers during normal use, and your drawings never leave your computer.
The marketing website at drawing.pics is separate from the desktop app. It uses standard web analytics — Plausible, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity — to count visits and understand which pages are useful. These tools may set cookies and collect anonymized information such as your approximate location, device, and browser. The website does not ask for your name, email, or other personal identifiers unless you choose to contact us or purchase a license.
If you buy a license, our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) handles your billing. We receive only the information needed to issue your license — your name, email, country (for tax purposes), and order ID. We never see your card number, and we don't share this information with third parties for marketing.
DrawingPics is suitable for general audiences. Because the app does not collect data and does not require an account, no personal information is collected from anyone, including children.
If we ever change what data the app or website handles, we'll update this page and the "Last Updated" date above. Any material change will also be reflected in the app's release notes.
